'William H. Park Tax and Accounting' is a full service CPA Firm founded in 1986.  We were relocated to North Orange County in 2000 and have now relocated to Tempe, Arizona in January of 2005.

We provide Income Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, Small Business Consulting, Accounting and Financial Statement Preparation and Tax Consulting services to our clients.  

Our Mission

To provide quality service to our clients at an affordable, fair price.  We strive to always fulfill the needs of our clients. In the 'Services' section, we explain the Income Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, Small Business Consulting and Accounting services we provide. As a part of our desire to assist our clients and also the visitors to this site we have a page dedicated to the new changes in the tax law which you can find under our tax services page. We also have a short survey designed to assist our visitors in deciding if they need assistance with their bookkeeping system which is under our bookkeeping page. The requirements an accountant must consider in undertaking a financial statement engagement are shown under our financial statement page and we are now offering Online Income Tax Preparation.
